Central Bank Of India — Refund didn't reflect in my account

Dear sir/mam,
One of my refund amount 359 which send to my account on 3 june 2020 from amzon.in they send it to my account they also provide

And i have waiting almost 1 week but the amount didn't reflect in my account. I contacted the customer service representative but she talked with me very rudely and said that you have to wait for 90 days. During this lockdown period, going to the bank branch is not safe.

Dear sir i have including refund details with reference no. So please refund my money as soon as possible.
