[Resolved]  Central Bank Of India — refund has issued by amazon 23 days ago but amount is not showing into my account

Amazon.in has issued me amount (1799) on 23/03/2020 and amount is not transfer by bank into my account and i have also visited branch but they are not helping to resolve this, so plz help me and make this transaction successful. And i am providing some details which will help you to resolve my problem
