[Resolved]  Central Bank Of India — Refund initiated by Amazon but not yet credited in my bank account

Sir/Ma'am,

I had ordered an item from Amazon namely Samsung galaxy S20 FE 5G and had cancelled the order on 19/12/2021 and the refund had been processed on[protected] for the refund amount of Rs. 29740 and a pickup charge of Rs. 100 but yet I am to receive the refund and it's been over 10 days and the amount has not been credited in my bank account (i.e., Central Bank of India) yet.

please do the needful at the earliest possible
