Central Bank Of India — Refund is not credit

Sir
My refund money has been sent to my bank account from amazon but within 30 may2020 to 5 june 2020, the refund money was to come in my bank account but it has not come yet. Total money 14060+417=14477 and whose reference number is 30005401520073100229749
Please kindly request that i check my application as soon as possible and solve my problem.
