Central Bank Of India — refund issued from amazon side but didn't reflected in my central bank account

Dear sir/mam one of my refund amount 32990. Which send to my account on 15 june 2020. From amzon.in they send to my account they also provide refund reference no. # 74332740167016649456258 and i have waiting almost 5 days. But the amount didn't reflect in my account. Why?
