Dear sir/mam,

On 4th may, 2020 i made payment via debit card of rs. 3425 to big bazar and they refund partial amount of rs. 294 on 5th may 2020 which is not credit in my account till date.

I wrote so many emails but no action taken/ satisfactory reverts.
