Dear sir/ma'am,
I am filing a complaint about the refund that should have been credited to my account long bank but there is no deposit of the same. I am sharing the amount of the refund and the refund reference id for your convenience to check the same.
The seller has processed the refund of Rs.233/-, Rs.1/- and Rs.397/- to my bank account 07 Apr 21, 08 Apr 21 and 11 Apr 21 and this amount should have been credited by 19 Apr 21, 20 Apr 21 and 22 Apr 21, for this order with reference number: 75503721102047497748007, 75503721099047429222506 and 75503721098047397941351 respectively.

There have been many calls from my side but there was no satisfactory imformation that i got. I even mailed on the CBI's complaints department and i was told that i will receive the acknowledgement with 48 hours. It's been a week and i haven't received and such communication from your side.
