[Resolved]  Central Bank Of India — Refund not credited yet RRN 74332741364136382730757

Hi team,

This is Chinmaychiranjeeb Nayak, holding account number [protected] at CBI, Keonjhar branch (IFSC: CBIN02I3151) .

I made a transaction of Rs 1956.51 on 29th Dec on Amazon against IRCTC ticketing, the transaction failed but money deducted from my account however Amazon initiated the refund on the same day and given me a refund reference number i.e. 74332741364136382730757 but till now I have not received the refund in my account.

I'm attaching the Amazon dashboard screenshot below for your reference.

Kindly help me.

Central Bank officialls called me and on 11th Jan 2022 I got my money credited to my account. Thank you very much.
Central Bank Of India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
