[Resolved] Central Bank Of India — refund not processed by flipkart and central bank of india

20 march 2020 i have order oppo Reno 3 pro worth rs 29990 via my debit card and after that i have cancelled that due to some personal reasons, and they have shared the reference number - '30001000810080015225426'
With Refund ID - CR20032021202618824566804 and said that the refund will be processed by 2 april 2020.
And today is 2 april, 11 days passed but yet not get my money back.
Due to lock down if I'm trying to call central bank customer executive then i always hearing busy tune even in the midnight to.

I rase a mail to bank grievance department as well as i also tweets them continuously, and finally today i got my refund
