[Resolved] Central Bank Of India — refund of rs. 10301 is not reflected | |||
I ordered a phone from amazon and returned it due to reasons. They issued me a refund of rs. 10301 on 28th may, 2020 in my visa card of central bank of india. The amount of refund is not reflected in my bank account yet and it's been more than 5-6 business days. The amazon has provided me with a reference number too but i'm unable to contact my home branch. Was this information helpful? | |||
Jun 7, 2020 Complaint marked as Resolved Neither the company i.e. Amazon nor the bank is able to address my complaint.
The Amazon customer care executive says that they have refunded the amount and that I should contact my bank's branch and my Bank's branch, I.e. Central Bank of India, Bulandshahr never receives any phone call and hence I am not able to contact them. Central Bank Of India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||
