Complaint marked as Resolved Neither the company i.e. Amazon nor the bank is able to address my complaint.
The Amazon customer care executive says that they have refunded the amount and that I should contact my bank's branch and my Bank's branch, I.e. Central Bank of India, Bulandshahr never receives any phone call and hence I am not able to contact them.
Central Bank Of India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
