Central Bank Of India — Refund processed by amazon not credited by cbiu

I ordered two items on amazon and cancelled one order on 28 december 2021 and the other on 30 december 2021 and refund has been processed by amazon on the amount of Rs.599 and Rs. 1083 on the respective dates but i have not received the refund yet and the amount has not been credited into my cbi account.
Reference number for Rs.599 refund is
30005413631355068344375 and the reference number for Rs.1083 refund is X7RUVHBK0000KX4YQ1UP.
Kindly resolve it soon
