Central Bank Of India — Regarding failed transaction of atm (cash not recd. but amount. debited from a/c) | |||||
Dear sir, On dated 04/04/2017 at 20:25:34 i have done a withdrawal from atm for rs. 13000 but sorry to say that amt. was debited from my a/c but cash not recieved by me.in this connection i make a complaint in written manually to central bank of india, hanwant school jodhpur, rajasthan - branch no 3501 and concerning clerk told me to contact after 7 working days. but when no result i get then again i met to that person at cbi and then he lodge my complaint online and give me a ref. no. cbi #2022245 and asked me to call at toll free no [protected] after 2-3 days later. Sir this no. is not working and still my debited amt. is not credited to my a/c, so you are requested to reverse the same. It is very painful that after 17 days of that transaction still my wrongly debited amt. is not reversed to my a/c and compelling me to take legal action.
