Dear Sir,
I have a savings bank account in central bank of india nadiad branch. my account number is [protected]. now i have not operated my account since 2017 and hence it's status had became non operative. i'm currently residing in USA and due to my health, i can't travel to India. So my son had gone to the branch and submitted my original aadhar card and pan card to branch, but the branch denied to do kyc and told my son that I have to come in personal. but it is not possible for me to come to India. Recently I have checked that kyc through video call is possible and RBI had also given guidelines for that. But branch is still denying to do that.
So I request you to please do the needful so that I can operate the account and some of my savings are going to mature in near future.
