Central Bank Of India — Regarding refund from amazon

The refund amount is not reflecting to my account no [protected] (Saving account)
It's been initiated on 30 june from amazon but it's not credited to my account till yet.. Pls look into this matter..
Where is my refund of rs 873 (Inr).
I have sent the reference number pls find the attachment for more details..
