Dear Sir/Ma'am
I am CBI bank coustmor and as I used of POS services for shopping.On 18 Feb 2017 in Indore through UTTAM BHOG MISTHAN I tried to make payment through POS. it was deducted from my account two time as I two time but it didn't receive to vendor (UBM) Indore.
Then i withdrawal 1916 rs. And pay in cash.
So it's my humble request to you that please sort this matter ASAP and credit money in my account that doesn't actually paid.
After visiting branch i again mail this on april 6 after making 5 -7 calls.

I paid twice amount of 958 but it was failed as after complained one payment of 958 rs. has been receive but one still remaining. So its my kind request to you please request ASAP. Sharing you Details.

After it i call zonal office also he provide me branch manager no. and again ask to mail i again mail but not yet i received my repayment i totally harassed mentally even i don't have lot of time to call again and again they are wasting my time.
