Central Bank Of India — Service failure | |||||
Dear sir/madam my name is rongsensangla holding bank account in central bank of india, i had a terrible experience with the service of your bank in borivali west pai nagar branch. I went to request for my address change for which they refused to do so and after that i requested them for my bank estatement but they asked me to get it from the branch where i opened it. I don't think to get my own estatement i need to go my own branch, why so many branches of bank in many places i don't think it's required if people need to go their own branches for their needs.
