I was trying to pay my exam fee of amcat through my debit card af cbi on saturday 19th feb at 4p.m i was reschedulling my exam which was on 25th feb and from amcat side there was a message that transaction failed your bank denied to pay the amount and fee was not paid, and then too that much amount has been deducted from my account and i have'nt get it back uptill now. I had faced this type of problems manytimes but that time my money was refunded within 1 week but this time i have'nt get my money back uptill now please kindly help me out.
