Central Bank Of India — transaction failed but money got deducted | |||||
On 13th of october 2017 at around 1 am i used my debit card to pay for my bus ticket. They swipe my card and their machine declined the transaction but after 5 minutes i got the message stating 1500 ₹ has been debited from my account. When i called customer care of central bank of india they said that the transaction was not failed. But i was sure that it was failed transaction as i saw it clearly on my own during payment. I was literally astonished when customer care said that it is successful transaction. Today, is the 4th day i have not got my failed transaction or debited money back. I hope after raising this complain here i will get some sort of positive response from the central bank of india. Was this information helpful? | |||||

O was booking bus ticket online and during online payment money was cut from my account but ticket was not booked. So solve my problem.iplz give me some solution or refund my money. I request for it.
