This is hiren kava waiting for below mentioned complaint solution.
Sir/madam,
This is our third mail to you regarding reversal of failed atm transaction, detailed as per trailing mail. Kindly reply as soon as possible.
"sir/madam,
With above reference it is for your information that mr. Hiren arvindbhai kava is customer of our una branch (04196). He is having sb account [protected] with us. We have issued visa atm card [protected] in this account. He has used this card on 07/07/2017 in an atm outside india (Dubai, uae) for amount rs. 9140.96/-. As per customer his transaction was unsuccessful yet his account got debited and amount is still not reversed. Trace id of transaction is 468586. Kindly reverse the transaction.
We have also registered complain through helpdesk with request id cbi#2119483 on 16/08/2017 but it is unattended till now. Prior to this one we have registered another request which is now showing neither in closed request nor in open request."
