I am amardeep vishwakarma. I am working as teacher in north ex public school, jain nagar, delhi,.
As govt. Declared holiday on 14 and 15 nov. 2019 due to air pollution but school didn't give holiday to teacher, if teacher not going in these particular days then double deduction is done from their salary. Does we are not human or we don't have any fundamental right.
Kindly help as soon as possible

Sir i made a transaction on 13sep19 through netbanking sbi to pay fees of 700 rs for applying ctet dec 2019 it wasn't successful since confirmation page wasn't created but still 718.33 rs deducted and transferred to cbse. And this money still not refunded to me. I confirmed that from bank customer care that payment is successfully transferred to cbse. I'm confused from where i will get this money back plz help me to get my refund back. Already more than 20 days being finished. Info regarding transaction is given in attachment.

I have fill a form but the confirmation page not open and my payment done but form submission failed.

I have inform to sbi bank but bank tell me payment transferred to merchant so call to your merchant. They refund your transaction amount.
I have called so many time but not any no. Pick my call if pic then put the phone on the table but not any conversation done by administration.
So please see the details above and refund my 1218.88 rs.

I want to inform that school is open against CM order on 9.11.19 and 11.11.19 and still it is open tomorrow on 12.11.19.please take action because there is too harrasment of teacher working there and students also which is against the rule that is no holiday on gusted holiday.school name st Vishna rrn school, Mundera Chungi, prayagraj.near dhoomanganj police station.

I am a student of 11 class of cbse board punjab amritsar. I pass my tenth class from cbse board. My complain is about that in cbse board the students are not taught from thier concern cbse books. They are asked to buy the other books like pardeep, prime and extra. My only question is that is cbse board is so week that it cant provide right education from thier on books.in isce thier are strict rules that student should must taught from thier concerned icse books. Please that strict action

Shaheed darshan singh pherumab public school, rayya, punjab. It is a co-ed school but they seperated boys and girls on different floors. And by doing that thr environment is not good for the students now. Especially for boys. Boys arent afraid of teachers and even for punishment. They dont havr respect for girls. And even it will make them worse in future.

Dear sir the new rules of cbse was announced for the class 12 student for mathmatics that 20 marks should be the internal assessment in 2020 board exam and i am a student of class 12 science so dear sir teacher are going to take money for giving this marks it is totally unfair for student so sir please send the external regarding math practical marks otherwise it is totaly unfair for student so sir please look in this matter hardly few months are left

Three months before on 4th july 2019 i was appointed as a tgt in english in one of the reputed cbse schools in sikar, rajasthan. But after three months just two days back the vice-principal mr. Anto jacob called me at his office after the school break and asked me to submit my resignation. I was shocked to know that in spite of one year's period according to the appointment letter how one can ask me to resign that is also without any notice period? Now the most important question often asked by the teachers — where is the security or guarantee of such jobs? Secondly, how any school management fire an employee without any prior notice? Next, what is the criterion of judging a teacher's performance? The answer will definitely be his accountability and the outcome of his teaching or his productivity. But at the same time we should keep another factor in our mind which is also a major contributor. That is the quality of the students, their initiative, passion, curiosity, hunger to know the things taught besides a teacher's efforts. Without considering these factors if any authority of any institution takes a decision to fire an employee any time then what we should call it? Money and power can do everything in our country and there is no end of such practice. Ultimately the weak are the worst sufferers who can't stand against so-called powerful people. Last but not the least, the most interesting fact is that the whole matter was finalized within three months only.
What i want in the middle of this session or almost end of this session i can't get any other job. So obviously i simply want some sort of compensation for the loss (Monetary) incurred on me and that without any confrontation or legal action as i have not yet submitted my resignation to the authority.

There was a topic disscussing between class named who do toilet on roads my ward told that in emergency anybody does this.
She told in a loud voice (Tumhaari mummy karti hai road pr kya) in front of all classmates so it was so embarrising and manupilating u can think that what has felt opon my ward so plz take a action its a humble request.

I am student of narayana cbse campus of iit and jee mains where i found very bad timing of everything which makes me act like a mad person because very less time given for sleep like from morning 8:00 am to night 10:00 pm they only give time to study on class after that we get very less time to sleep at morning 7:00am we have to wake up and be ready but our body needs some sleep. Help us to change time upto 8:00 pm

Sir/madam, i would like to complaint against cbse school bhansali vidya mandir public school, bhansali nagar, tah - sausar, dist - chhindwara mp 480108 due to to not following cbse guidelines, rules and regulation regarding new child admission registration process.
I have paid advance fees of amount rs - 15500.00 (Rupees fifteen thousand and five hundred only) for new admission registration of myward anshika vijay vaidya but due to some unavoidable circumstances i withdraw my ward from school without education session start, and so not attended class even single day.
I have intimated the same to school administration and request for refund my advance registration fees.
But school administration hasn't refund fees and thus violating cbse rules and regulation.
So please take appropriate action against school and ensure to refund my fees.

Sir i have requested to change my date of birth 3/05/2002 to 08/02/2001 in class 10 mark sheet, when i was in class 11th. It is changed in my mark sheet of class 10 but this change is not updated on internet. I am facing this problem when i try to download net verified copy of my 10th class mark sheet it still shows my unchanged dob (03/05/2002), while i have right dob (08/02/2001) in class 10 mark sheet which i have. I have no issue in class 12 mark sheet which is right one, which is 08/02/2001. So sir please update dob 08/02/2001 in my 10 mark sheet on net also. I my facing problems. 🙏

In pg no 243 of class 10 mathematics book example no 3 step no 1 the value slant height (L) of the cone has an calculation error. The step is √2.5^2+6^2 =√37.25 =6.[protected]=6.1 (Approx) but the given answer in the text book is 6.5. The square of 6.5 is 42.25 which is no where equal to 37.25. Hence i hope a solution for this error as soon as possible.

I saw a mobile on olx. Which is sell by bijendra kumar in 8000. I make this offer in 5000. Then he say you pay 500 for send your mobile. I paid money. Then he saw agter some time send 500 rs. And second day he say your mobile is on way at first you pay 4000 money. I say when i receive mobile then i pay 4000 rs. He say your parcel is to stop in your city. I paid 4000rs. I paid full payment of the mobile. Then the courier partner say your parcel is too late so you pay 2100 rs. And 2000rs. Is cashback. I don't found any cashback. And i lost 7100rs. I sreeja kp complaing against darshan academy, (Empire estate, cst no 4510/1, chinchwad, pune-411019). My son yadhu prasad, studiying on 10th std on the mentioned school, and my son have good carrier in sport carrier (Compound archery and inline skating). But the school not allowing us for competitions and making complication on each and every matches, and talking about rules and regulations of cbse board, and they are exlaining like a cbse student should not attend sgfi (School games federation of india's) competitions. There are no rules and the principal is not willing to give leave for archery practice (The student is already won gold medal in cbse zones and selected for national level) not providing identity card and there are some correction also in the selection card, please do the needful as soon as possible.

Actually i was cheated today by an army person (Mr. Sahil kumar) for rs 32000 in phonepe also he not only cheated me but he cheated many peoples which i saw when i tried to lodge complaint against him online.

Dear sir i hav completed my bachelor's of education in special education. I was appointed as a primary teacher in blessings international school keerapakkam. They didn't given any special education role to me and they had me till december 2018 but they used my b. Ed certificate wrongly in the month of may after i came out of that school, to they had my original certificates and when i asked they told me to wait. Last month they got the affiliated to board and they issued my originals. I request you to take action for miss using my certificate without my knowledge.
