I Studying my Final year, Final Semester of Engeering Course Under VTU Affiliated College, am going to get Detained for Shortage Attendence in subjects, But in final sem, when the student are preparing for there future plans, Why Should one be Detained for attendence, being in last Sem with less then a months to Finish his/her Graduation. Colleges management dont worry about any student being Detained, Why would any College stop a student...

Today 22 may at 7:40pm around i was returning back to home on the way public transport - bus hit a man who was riding his bicycle oat the side of the road. after hitting the bus didn't ever care to stop and see. the man was bleeding he is an old man who wasn't able to stand and was bleeding from head. I would be grateful if you do something about it. please

I am a student of class 12 in commerce stream.my school offers maths and entrepreneurship as an optional subject .I had maths in class11 but since I scored very poor marks in maths I decided to change my optional subject from maths to entrepreneurship. I consulted school authority and asked if it was possible to change subject in class 12 .they said it is and thus I gave them application and by beginning of the new session of class 12 I was told by school authority that my application is approved by CBSE and relative authority .So by the month of April [beginning of new session] I am regularly attending my entrepreneurship class. Now when our course is in middle suddenly out of the blues I was informed by my school that CBSE board has declined our application and now I have to study maths. Now when maths syllabus is already completed partly how I am supposed to study maths knowing that I am not good in it.so now my whole future is on stake .I am unable to understand whose fault is it either CBSE or my schools and what I am supposed to do .please reply at the earliest possible.

At St.Theresa’s Girls School, Piplani, BHEL, Bhopal having Centre code 52211- 1.Loud speakers installed in class rooms were used for making announcements during the AIPMT exam, for about 20 minutes, creating too much disturbance. 2. Teachers delayed the process for filling roll numbers cuasing a delay of 10 minutes. 3. Invigilators kept on disturbing again and again. 4. Invigilators werenot aware of rules/ instructions and kept waiting for on-the-spot instructions.

This is to inform you that the school, named "NEW WAY SENIOR SECONDARY SCHOOL" NIRAL NAGAR LUCKNOW affiliation no.2130168 affiliation type -PROVISIONAL affiliation period-from 01/04/2009 to 31/03/2014, is runnig without proper affiliation.My son is currently studying there.Kindly take some action in this respect.

In DAV school haridwar many students have compartment in Maths subject only. They appeared for retest and again some students have compartment. These students again appeared for retest and finally they cleared. But when final result is given the marks of SA1 and final report card is differ. When parents asked to principal they told that your child telling lie. If parents complaint to higher authority then school teachers and staff harassed their child. What can parents do in this condition. Please take proper action against DAV School Haridwar.

i m a news paper man and where i used live there is school of cbse board that name govt girls senior secondary school no: 1 molarband, badarpur new delhi 110044. in this all over students gets compartment in 9th stander all student given the exam but the schooling person are saying that again got failed so thats why i want that you should see this matter the students are in trouble.. pllzzzz

Sir, I am a returned NRI and hereby highlight the unethical and illegal actions been performed, with impunity, by the management of Lotus Valley School, Noida Please have my submissions for your reference and action:. 1.The school management collected an amount of Rs. 24000/- in Cash from me at the time of admission of my son in grade 6 vide admission no 5226 towards mandatory “Caution Money” with the promise to Refund the same at the time of taking Transfer from School 2. On dated 25.03.2015, I wrote to school management that we as family are leaving India and requested for issuing Transfer Certificate along the Refund cheque of Caution Money. 3. On been informed from reception that TC and Refund Cheque are ready, I visited school on 20.04.2015. The Transfer Certificate issued dated April 1, 2015 was handed over to me but not refunded the Caution Money. Since then, despite my 3 follow up reminders vide email to school management, neither aforesaid refund not reply has been given by the school management. 4. My submission is that when the school has already issued Transfer Certificate on dated April 1, 2015 than on what pretext the school management has been illegally and arbitrary notreleasing our due Refund of Caution Money. 5.From my experience and hearing from some other parents also, it appears that the school management has been finding out ways to forfeit such deposits like Caution Money and thus grab parents hard earned money without been checked. For your reference, please find attached the copy of Receipt Issued dated 05.03.2014 by the school for Charges under various heads including the Caution Money. I hereby request you to take a serious note of this issue and with your kind intervention check this prevailing menace by the school management.

Respected Madam/Sir, most of school CBSE affiliated in Delhi and Faridabad are not complying the transports rule as per CBSE.Most of student have to stand in bus during going and coming from school. Kindly take action action and provide facility Thanks&Regards Manish Kumar Legal Advisor

This complaint is about management and administration in Sapient Public School, Nalagarh Road Pinjore Distt Panchkula Haryana Panchkula Haryana 134102 India. (Private school affiliated to C.B.S.E). In this school senior teachers including Principal behaves in a very unprofessional way and newly recruited teachers about 6 months back, they don't have any legal document or proof that they working in this school. Even they don't provide any pay slips or any other document that can legally proof or show that how much these teachers are paid by the school management, they are paid hardly 4500 /- INR that too without any proof of salary, They pay by cash just not to show their transactions in any of the banks. A lot o[censored]nnecessary workload other then studies, very less attention paid to studies, the work which should be done by the students (i.e: 1st and 2nd class ) instead, mother teacher (class teacher) of that specific classes are forced to do that work just for the sake of completing that work or just decorating the notice boards just to impress the Parents visiting school premises. Even when frustrated teachers talks about resigning from the school because of so much of work other than focusing on teaching students, the school management says that they will not provide you with any experience certificate and will also not pay you for that month. Means if you are teaching there from about an year still you will not be provided with any experience certificate and will be tortured on a regular basis. Teachers have more home work to do then the students. So i guess this is very unprofessional as above mentioned school runs on decisions taken by Principal's own interests without taking care of other teachers or related people and some serious action must be taken against such activities happening in the school.

I'm an alumni of Air Force School Hebbal, Bangalore, Passing out batch 2005, and my admission number is 241/1993 and roll no. 4112950. I have submitted my application for my father's name change in the 10th marks card in July 2013. Since then I have made many trips to Chennai and have been waiting to hear from CBSE. Please do look into this matter and help me as any form of communication via phone or mail haven't been responded. As i reside in Bangalore and being a working professional it becomes extremely difficult to travel to Chennai every time. thank you

jee mains 2015 paper was set by a group of iliterate people who have hardly completed their 12 graduation.more than 5 question were wrong in jee mains paper but no action was taken and it was shown by almost all coaching centre who are more educated and intelligent than the board of cbse.cbse people are fraud thief and scoundrels as they have charged 1000 for 1 questions for their mistakes They have copied the paper from a book blindly and 2 questions were more than 1 correct.PLEASE make sure the next year the paper is set by an iitan otherwise same thing will happen.

dear sir/mam i am a foreigner studying in India.i got call from my home saying somebody called my sister talking about a parcel from UK and asked to pay rs30000 to the custms duty in Indragandhi airport because the parcel was stranded there. i did not ask details to my family and since i stay nearby i was about to pay that person and called her. she said i have to deposit the amount in the account instead of me coming there and paying her in cash. i got doubt ful and checked online and got customer number and it was confirmed that theres no parcel at all. This is the no.[protected], please find out where this call came from and find out the culprit.

Dear sir. I want to bring a event in your notice, my son studying in St. Francis convent school, UPSIDC, sikandra, agra . This school is run by christian missionary and every week they collect all school students and take them to Church since we are hindu and we are not interested in church activities. We regard all religion but it did not mean that we will visit church or mosque. My request is to please bring this activity in media and administration and stop this immediately.

Respected Sir I Appeared in jee mains 2015 offline mode on 4 April 2015 . when I see my result my on jee web site on 27 April i was shocked when i match my marks with the answer key my cut off is clear but when my final result came there is toot large difference of marks nearly 50-60 which are very essential for me and my career so it is my humble request please recheck my omr again . But as per the result in the official site my mark is shown as 101.I doubted that the additional marks the JEE officials promised for the wrong question was not added to my total. Moreover my marks in physics is seen very low than I expected. I am very desperate that i could not get a chance to appear JEE advanced exam. So I kindly request you to please recheck my OMR sheet and confirm whether the above mentioned additional mark has been given. Hoping for a favouranble response Faithfully

Sir, yesterday when I checked my result of JEE MAIN 2015 at cbseresults.nic.in at around 4 pm, my marks were 236/360 but later on after few hours when I tried to verify my result again, they were reduced to just 136. I don't know if it was some data error or what but I knew that I get above 215 because I checked my paper through answer key submitted by cbse. Please help to change my marks back to 236
