Central Board Of Secondary Education [CBSE] — mental torture by the principal

I'm a student of class 11sci of asansol north point school. The school has made such rules that depress the students very much. The school authority has decided to take double half yearly exams. This is for students who has low attendance. My sister reads in class 12sci, she is physically unfit and her attendance is also below 60% due to health issues. She is also mentally depressed and is on medication. She is getting more depressed. The principal has also tried pressurizing and insulting her. Please do something.
