I was a private student of CBSE 10 th Standard and I appeared for the said examination as private candidate (Distance Education) in Cochin Naval Base Kendriya Vidhayala School Kerala in the Year 1990.
While I was shifted my house the orginal pass Certificate and the Marklist was irrecoverably lost from my safe custody.
Hence I humbly request your goodself to kindly take necessary steps to issue me a Duplicate Marklist and Pass certificate at the earliest.
