Central Board Of Secondary Education [CBSE] — UNFAIR favouritism in giving marks to students

RESPECTED SIR,
I'm writing this letter in hope for the justice to my son Hamdan Ali khan from his school BALDWIN FARM AREA HIGH SCHOOL, (KADMA, JAMSHEDPUR) which has done inexplicable favouritism in giving marks to students. This year due to global pandemic the CBSE 2021 boards were cancelled and schools were ordered to give marks to student in 30/30/40 rule, meaning 30% from the best 3 subjects of class 10, 30% from class 11 and 40% from class 12 internals or pre boards as per their convenience but my son has received a mere 61% in his 12th boards exam meanwhile in his class 10 he got 81% in ICSE boards.
So according to 30/30/40 rule these marks are tyranny in the name of rule and the school has clearly not followed the instructions of the CBSE norms doing treacherous injustice to my son and many other students, even the principal denied to show me the cross list / marks distribution in the name of confidentiality when I had an appointment with her which should have been completely transparent for ethical conclusion of the result he is scarred with.
There should be immediately a proper investigation against this school in order to prevent unfairness, partisanship, bias Now and in the upcoming future so that not everyone should face the same .
12 th boards roll number : 22696293
12th board marks theory 10th ICSE marks
English 42/80 English 74/100
Mathematics 41/80. Hindi 87/100
