Central Pension Processing Center, Hyderabad — Non-receipt of Retirement benefits and Pension even after 4 months of retirement.

1. I served in Indian Air Force for 29 years and retired on 1 October 2016. Flled up all requisite papers in my Pension Disbursing Agency SBI, FORT Branch, Vizianagaram (AP) in Dec 2016 on receipt of Bank copy of my PPO No. 08/14/B/14283/2016 from CPPC, Hyderabad after several visits and reminders. I was assured that my pension and retirement benefits, i.e., Commutation, Gratuity and other pending payments by 31 Dec 16.

2. I once again visited last week the concerned manager Mr Venu Gopal who kept my papers in abeyance for the reasons unknown has promised again that it would be credited on 27 Feb 17 without fail after confirming from CPPC, Hyderabad. He also assured me that there were no issues pending or any more papers to be filled. To my surprise, the amount is yet to be paid to me by the concerned authorities. I am in need of money for the construction of house demolished by municipal authorities for road widening. All my friends and juniors who retired later than me are receiving pension from other branches of SBI as well as other banks.

3. I request you kindly intervene and instuct the concerned authorities to pay my dues along with applicable interest at the earliest and enable a peaceful resettlement after such a stressful long service in IAF.
