Central Plan Scheme Monitoring System [Pfms] — rejection of beneficiary code for jrf

Sir,
I am a student, doing phd with jrf.in my graduation days i got a fellowship, and that was linked with my bank account. I have submitted my paper regarding jrf with that account. But the problem is that they have rejected my beneficiary id with mandatory tag values are missing, though i am not getting any fellowship from any institution.
Therefore my humble request you to know me what the meaning of it and how can i overcome my problem, as i have not done any illegal work.
