Central Plan Scheme Monitoring System [Pfms] — to resent scholarship payment

Sir,
I vibin raj sv, didn't get the scholarship payment of the academic year 2018-19 and 2019-20 till now. No responses from any one. I had an active bank account and i linked my aadhar with bank account. Im belonging to a financially backward family. How long should i need to wait sir. Here i'm attaching every details including application form, response from the pfms and aadhar card details. Kindly do the needful.
