The pfms online of the government of india is very slow and the speed is like a dial up internet speed.in the govt. We are unable to get the reports and are getting error message whenever access it. Time is wasted in accessing the reports. This undermines the overall image of this govt's "digital transformation". Kindly do the needful to improve the service at the earliest to avoid bad name

This (PFMS) is one of the worst webpages created... (DOESN'T DESERVE 1 STAR ALSO) completely user unfriendly.. If educated people like us find it extremely difficult and annoying to update details.. I wonder what uneducated or less educated would do. Every link leads to more complicated links and the help document released by govt, seems less useful.

The help files are nil almost. Youtube video help links are useless, someone speaks in hindi. Not everyone will understand his language.

Why cant the whole data be taken from linked bank accounts / aadhar entries. Why should the person who has received some meagre funds, do every entry, that too the mandatory details are much more than pass book also.

Kindly mend the system as early as possible. Otherwise, people who are interested in doing service to others, will loose their interest and sit in front of pfms for atleast 3 months a year!!
