Respected Sir/ Madam,

I'm ADHITYA DOGRA and I have registered under CSAB 2022, as I am not allotted any seat in CSAB, as per the rules I am eligible for a refund. But the refund is not made to me since November 2022. The website says refund will be made to all eligible candidates by 31st December 2022. But to date 05.02.2023, I have not received the refund.

I have been contacting the email: [protected]@nitrkl.ac.in, but no refund was made. I am also trying to contact them at[protected], but it was never answered in spite of calling several times throughout the day since 1st January 2023. Please consider my request for refund as soon as possible.

            It has been long time since Csab councelling finished, I had submitted my csab registration fee of 38000rupees in csab councelling then in first round of councelling I didn't get any seat so I was taken exit from the councelling, inspite of having eligible for refund, my csab councelling registration fee not refunded yet.                   Buy some reason the bank account number which I provided them got closed and now when I’m trying to mail them about updation in the bank account number to get refund they don’t respond back and even their helpline number is of no use for more than half an hour I stayed on line and tried multiple times to connect but that too went in vain. No one picked up the call to help. Other number says it’s switched off. What is the use of having mail ids and helpline numbers when you can’t help or listen or queries?

                                I have submitted both my participation fee and seat acceptance fee in 2020. But yet CSAB has not sent my seat acceptance fee to my college that amount of 38000. I am now in 3rd year of B.Tech. I also complain in MNNIT, Allahabad but there is no response from them. It is really frustrating. Please resolve my issue
