Subject: Request for Immediate Refund of CSAB 2025 Counselling Fee (Non-Allotted Seat)

Respected Sir/Madam,

I, Gayatree Sahoo, registered for CSAB 2025 counselling and deposited ₹40, 000 as the counselling participation fee on 1st August 2025 at 18:58:29 through PhonePe UPI (SBI Bank).

As per the CSAB refund guidelines, candidates who are not allotted a seat in any round are eligible to receive a refund of ₹35, 000. I was not allotted any seat in CSAB 2025, therefore I am fully eligible for the refund.

However, even after 2 months, I have not received the refund in my bank account. This delay has caused significant stress and financial difficulty for my family.

I have also attempted to contact the CSAB helpdesk but have not received any satisfactory response. The delayed refund is in violation of the officially stated counselling and refund rules.

I kindly request your urgent intervention to direct the concerned CSAB/NIC authorities to process and release my refund as soon as possible.
