Central Seat Allocation Board [Csab] — Transaction issue

Respected sir,

I am Duggana Sanjana and my jee mains registration number[protected]. I have got seat in 1st round and I have completed all steps to form my seat and i have done my transaction for 1st time my money was redeemed but payment status is not received yet then 2nd time I have done it with NetBanking. So I have doubt that when will I got my money back.
