I had lodged a complaint regarding commode cistern leak on the above two occasions. At the first instance it was attended on 26.04.19 by Mr. Anil Kumar.
He did something and said it will not leak and left . But when the tank was full it started to leak. Same day it was informed to the technician and he came after lodging the complaint no 2 refeered to above. He replaced a washer costing about Rs.90/ and also charged service charge of Rs.250/, But it was the same situation as before. . He said he will have to replace the whole set costing around Rs.1500/, to which we agreed. After that he came today for replacement. He brought a loose kit without cover of cera marking. We asked him why it was brought like that, he said on bulk orders it comes like that only. We expressed doubt about the genuineness of the parts. He left and said when he gets the genuine parts he will come and replace it.
He was not even willing to clarify our doubts regarding the genuineness of the parts to be replaced.
I am really sorry to note that your technicians are not using genuine cera spareparts and charging the rates of genuine cera parts.
Kindly look into the matter and replace the parts of the leaking commode cistern immediately. Was this information helpful? |
