On 6th december i have purchased ceramic 8821 swh shower cubicle coccoon (B2511103) from your showroom "vtj homedecor". (See the copy of bill attached) as it has been assembled and installed, we noticed its defect of not getting drained the water. As we complained then and there itself, we were requested to wait a week or two for correcting it. And as we started using it the defect has been increasing day by day and now this became a piece o[censored]seless wastage of place in the bathroom because of - 1. Water doesn't get drained and secondly leakage of water from the cubicle base 3. Cubicle handle gets crumbled and decayed.

As we complained this the showroom technician came and pasted some gum and tried to stop the leakages confessing the product damage to us. How can a damaged product be corrected with gums and all - absolutely impractical. And how could a responsible company behave so irresponsible like this that even after knowing the damage of a product making no intervention or replacement with apology which any customer expect from a responsible enterprise like cera and its dealerships. So we are convinced that it was to diddle us.

So as rightful customer (Consumer right protection act) we demand from you immediate replacement of the damaged product with new product and a minimum compensation of rs. 50'000/- for the loss of money, work invested and inconveniences caused for us.

I have purchased 2 cera coppa closets from kp sanitary stores in trivandrum vide bill no. 1378 dated 21.02.2015. Both of its seat covers broken away. I have complained it in cera toll free number. But they have not attended my complaints so far. Please replace the seat covers since i have spent rs. 19600/-.

I renovated my bathroom in oct 2013.at that time the dealer said that all products carry a warranty of 10 yrs.but on lodging a complaint that the seat covers hydraulic system is not working.the technician called and said that the visiting fees of Rs150 shall be charged and i shall have to pay for the parts seperately.what is this warranty.t his is cheating in the name of warranty.

Hi We got three bathrooms renovated entirely with CERA sanitary ware and accessories. The shower panels and diverters installed have been found to be faulty in all three bathrooms. the installation is one month old. One diverter parts replacement is done. Another bathroom shower panel - we had two complaints logged and still the shower panel is not operating as per expectations. The technician came and changed the spout with some other...

I have recently remodelled the bathrooms at my apartment and have taken all cera products believing the shopkeeper when he talked about the much said quality and service of cera..but to my dismay it has just been one and a half month since I installed the fixtures and most of the parts have started falling apart..I have called up the cera customer care and they have sent me a technician who simply says there wont be any warranty claim for some products..then I ask cera why do you want to sell customers faulty equipment if they don't last even a month..please stop taking customers on a ride. vijay [protected]

i purchased cera bathroom taps in oct 2013. they are under warranty period. most taps started leaking resulting precious water wastage. i complained to cera toll free consumer care no action taken. i called local cera call center. they are not lifting phones. that is how cera is caring for after sale service. pl do needful. pl give wide publicity about my expirence. regards. srinivasulu.P

Kristal Group is one of the established Builders in Trivandrum . For 2 projects (multistoried Buidlings) we have purchased CERA sanitary ware items.(through the dealer- Saraswathy Enterprises Kunnukuzhy Trivandrum) But we are facing major complaints to your products. We have registered a compliant on 8th may regarding some repairs of CERA products, but we didn't receive any response against that.
Now we have another complaint also, i will detail the products which have repair:
1.Filler tap- 2Nos
2.Wall mixer -5Nos (CC112)
3.Angle Valve-5nos
4.Closet EWC-2006Calibre-1No
5.Flush tank compliant

I , Sreehari, Koppara House, Manava nagar, 97A, Kilikolloor PO, Kollam-691004 ( Tele Num. [protected]) have purchased CERA pneumatic flush tank ( Cistern) from M/s Jeeyar Agencies ( CERA product dealer), Beach Road, Kollam, Kerala State on[protected]. When I opened the flush tank packet at time of installation at home , certain components found missing viz. flush button, water seal etc. I informed the dealer and they gave me number of a CERA service executive, Kollam. He was called and he came to my home to inspect the missing components on 1st week of April 2013.
Now it is May 7th 2013, till date CERA has not provided me the missing parts.

Hi

I bought two pieces of 2067 Charisma One Piece EWC (concealed 'S' trap)

Seat cover of both of them are not working properly.Seat cover are not fitted properly and are always unstable

I have already lodged a complaint regarding the malfunctioning in their seat covers twice.
