I register the the complaint on Friday.
The technician call me saturday but did not come. He called again on sunday but did not come. I call him many times, but didn't pick the phone. Lastly he switched off his mobile.

I am living in flat at Bhukum Skyi Star Town Tower 4, Flat no. 1115, I have also raised complain but not getting respond from Cera persons .

I have complaint multiple times to Cera customer care number but no technician visited or not call even after 1 day .
I gave purchased wall mixture Victor and it is broken within 2 months and warranty period is of 10 year's.

Toilet spray faucet broken on handle switch and seal covers of toils easy closure not working properly

From 30 september i have complained, there is a tap mixture in our kitchen, service man visited 4 times but problem is note recieved till now . He says that company statrt producing that particular thing .

It has been only 4 months since I fitted all my cera fittings in my house but I regret to say that you can even go for local brands than going for them.
The spouts have lost colour, some flaking and coming out, some rusting and every time I complain they close it without attending to it.

Tap is getting leakage in turned off state with in six months of purchase.
As we raise ticket of cera customer care, the service guy came and told that spindle need to replace told that they were going to provide only service not going to replace any parts eventhough it comes under warranty(in the warranty card it clearly specifies repair, replace the product if any item get defective with in warranty period). Kindly need help on these.

Cera Anglo-Indian toilet seat installed developed a crack from outside.
When I raised a complaint at Cera, the executive attended the request, and visited my house.
He simply said that the crack is developed because of over-tightening of screws, and went off.
Now, it has been 1 yrs and 3 months since I took the possession of my new house, and facing this type of problems in sanitaryware.

Here, the manufacturer of product is blaming the builder, and the builder blames manufacturer; but overall, the person who is in loss is always the consumer/customer/end user (that is the common man).
The common man suffers financially and mentally.

Taps and shower leaking their tops are without screws. It is not working properly. Water is coming regularly even after closing the taps. Shower is not functioning as the water is leaking from the connected steel pipe. Telephone shower is also not functioning. Kindly attend the complaint as soon as possible to avoid further damage to the accessories

I had lodged a complaint regarding commode cistern leak on the above two occasions. At the first instance it was attended on 26.04.19 by Mr. Anil Kumar.
He did something and said it will not leak and left . But when the tank was full it started to leak. Same day it was informed to the technician and he came after lodging...

The flush systems both bathrooms have been damaged and it has been 2 months since i am following up with these people. They call me to arrange the time and don't show up. These are premium priced products and they should take their service seriously especially when its in warranty period.

Have the courtesy to atleast give a call before cancelling a problem that is in warranty.
Shameful service given by worker in cera support.

I have purchased a english seat (Cera) on 22/03/2019. When i installed the seat then leakege problam in seat. I have registered two complaints on cera customer care number [protected] on dated 13/04/2019 and 25/04/2019 regarding leakage of english seat. Registerd a complaint i have received a message from company and after two days company representative talk or see my complaint but after 15 days no solution of my complaint. When i call to cera represntative he is no any answering regarding my query.

I have made a complaint on the captioned subject where water was leaking through the cistern loosing about 500 liters of water per day. I made a complaint through the toll free number and a request number was provided vide no:m[protected]. A service person after 6 days has called in my mobile and i presume his intention was merely explain that he has many complaints to attend (As your products are "exemplary") and not fixing the damaged closet. He has arrogently said that i have tob wait the whole day as he mayv turn up at any time during the day. I kept waiting he has not turnedup. His phone number is [protected]. Now i understand why builders are backing out from buying your product.

Sir, on 17th january 2019 i have registered a complaint about the repair of our commods and at 5.20 pm i got a message my complaint is registered and the register number is m[protected]. I was expecting a call from the technician and waiting. Presently i am living in mumbai and i went to kerala to my home where there the repair should take place. On 24th while i was returning from kerala while i was travelling on train i got call from a person calling from cera.

See, within seven days he was not ready to contact even the customer. My work was not done, it is unrepaired and pending. Please find the solution and also warn such idots who are unattendive.

I have put up complaint against this subject and cera service person came and checked he said that if this problem will come again then call me and i will replace flush valve but he did not repair flush valve. After that call the service person of cera care there was no. Response. He was trying to cheat. Now he is not receiving our call. Please take quick action against this person and solve my problems. We had recently fitted high quality commode in the bathroom with 7 year warranty. The ezpectation was that it will last long and will not have any complaints, espexially not so soon. Now to our surpeise we have found a crack in the commode. When i tried to complaint to the distributor for a rwplacement he mentioned he is helpless and i need to contact the company. What is the uae of a warranty then??? We urgently need a replacement through...

I purchased cera sanitaryware 4 months back some of my fittings already started leaking, leading to lot of incovinence and water wastage. Worst products from so called leading company. Even local products are better.
Calling cistomer support is of no help. Most of numbers provided are incorrect. Pathetic service as 5 yrs warranty was claimed at the time of sale.

I have raised complaints on 27th june 2018 against leakage of angle cock (Wall flange) faucets; the service person comes within 3 days but the service person was so stupid that he damaged the other inlet concealed water valve, he stopped the water in my bath-toilet and neither he correct the cera faucet as he doesn't have the accessories. I have called him couple of times and his manager as well but...

I have purchased western commode model captain few months ago and after installation everything was good but today that is 8th june 2018 at evening i have seen the base of the commode was cracked from two side a line seen in bottom of the command outside it is very surprising i hope after installation about 10 month passed such type crack on the bottom is clear due to manufacturer problem

I had a horrible experience after buying cera coppa 220 mm commode for 12k. We started facing many issues with it. It was getting regularly clogged. We had raised a complaint to their toll free no and their engineer visited and said everything is fine. However, we kept facing the ssme issue, even after making many calls and raising 10 complaints the local office did not help us to replace it. Finally, i found their customer care directors and managers email id from google and i sent a mail to them. Immeditely the very next i week they got my commode replaced. This is after chasing them wasting my time and enery for five months. Lastly i get to know that tbis was a discontinued product by cera.. But the dealers are still selling it. We common people suffer because of these big companys, they take our money and make us run around. I would never buy a cera product in my life again.

Very bad after sales service... My new cera flush tank is constantly leaking... I got my complaint registered 3days back and the service person whom my compaint is assiged is very rude n irresponsible...my money has gone in vain... Nobody is bothered abt my complain... I dnt know whom to contact... There is no proper customer care where i can talk to someone..

Washroom water tap likage, water is falling automatic in 24 hours, even we close the tab.

We have constructed new house installed cera in all our bathrooms 2 of them have been causing problems more than 10 times in 3 months span and the representatives have collected money 2 times... The bathroom wares are coming out without any reason...
Please note that the sanitary ware are still in it's guarantee period hence looking forward for replaceemnt.

Dear sir,
I am purchasing a cera coppa commode in jan 2016, after 3 months o[censored]ses flush was not working properly that time i had complaint and service person repair itand after 3-4 month again it's not working that time i am again complain but this time no body come for repairing. But problems are still remains and after one year warranty leps commode cover is also break completely and flush issue are also remain. I am fully unsatisfied with this product.
It's my very bad experience with this product as well as company service
