We had recently fitted high quality commode in the bathroom with 7 year warranty. The ezpectation was that it will last long and will not have any complaints, espexially not so soon. Now to our surpeise we have found a crack in the commode. When i tried to complaint to the distributor for a rwplacement he mentioned he is helpless and i need to contact the company. What is the uae of a warranty then??? We urgently need a replacement through the distributor in pune else we will take it ahead to the next level.
