i purchased cera bathroom taps in oct 2013. they are under warranty period. most taps started leaking resulting precious water wastage. i complained to cera toll free consumer care no action taken. i called local cera call center. they are not lifting phones. that is how cera is caring for after sale service. pl do needful. pl give wide publicity about my expirence. regards. srinivasulu.P Was this information helpful? |
