Cera — Tap mixture is not repairing and I have complaining since 2 months

From 30 september i have complained, there is a tap mixture in our kitchen, service man visited 4 times but problem is note recieved till now . He says that company statrt producing that particular thing .
Very disappointed with service

Cera customer support is very poor. I have supplied wrong commode (wall mounted through Madona Marbles & Granites, Pallom, Kottayam. Despite repeated complaint with Mr. Ranjith Ramakrishnan and Mr. Arun P. Naair of Cera, no one visited the site or solved the problem. Very disappointing. Not recommending Cera product. Without prompt customer support, the product is not worth.
