Dear sir/madam, I was purchased ceratonic mat from Ceragem since 10 month ago. When I was purchased this product they told me if this product is not doing any benefit we should refund your money but I am using this product since last 10 month but getting 0% benefit and company told me we never do refund your money. This is not resolved still as of now. Request you to please look into my issue as on priority. I am still waiting for your response. Neither I am not getting my refund amount or any call back from company side.

Updated by ramas21 I am not getting any update as of now as per submitted my complaint against Ceragem compan for refund my amount against the ceratonic mat product. Request you to please look into my issue and provide best solution about it.
