I wanted to buy a machine from ceragem but due to some personal issue I didn't but it and now the staff members are not behaving properly with me and rude to me because I didn't buy that machine and are not letting me use the machines in the gem

The centre owner Himanshu asked me to wait for 40 mins even if the machines were available and idle.
When I asked the reason he said to purchase machine and pay 2.69 lacs.
When I visited the centre in my initial days then they people allowed to use machines without wait time but now they didn't. Rather humiliated and argued....

Its a scam its targeting people of small places of himachal and asking them to purchase their 2 lakh worth machine ..they are totally misguiffing people ..please don't fall into this trap

This is a total waste of money. First of all it doesn't heal any of the diseases and this machine releases infrared waves which may cause skin cancer, boils, burning of skin.
If it suits you then it only acts as a massager if you have any joint pain.
It is also likely to believe that this machine/mat can cause fertility in young people, so it's highly not recommended for youth (especially girls) of child bearing age.

They are not returning the product as they have sold to my father who is on medication of depression.. took money 2.28 lacs and now they are not returning the money and product is lying down at my house from 10 days.

They have promised to return the product, meanwhile i was being covid positive i could not follow up, and now the person is not attending my calls.

Sir I purchased the ceragem mat 3 years ago...the mat worked properly 2 year but since 1 year ago it was not working(not getting heated)...i contacted the nearest ceragem office too many times but they are not able too solve my problem and saying that please file online complaint...please resolve my problem..i am worried...

I am use to master v3 machine since last 8mounth and i'm not satisfied from this machine and i have no any benefits so i want return this machine.

I used this manual mat 1 month in near ceragem. Now i bought it in 38, 200 ₹ but it is giving benefit as it gave in ceragem. It is giving heavy pain in my body after using it. I went and talk to the centre head, she is not on her promise. I want to refund my money as i belongs to lower middle class family. As center head mrs. Diksha also not told that your money will not be refunded, she pressured me that take that manual mat in home & try & now after three days trial, it is giving heavy pain. I felt it is fraudulence with us. Please provide my money from that.

I am kishore, for the last 75 days taking therapy at valsarvakkam, chennai, india off late staff are insulting us those coming to take therapy, in this centre a staff name kala is asking us we are not running orffnage so that you people come and go it has hurt most of elders, we might not afford to buy but she is not to insult, and further more she ask her junior to not attend old coustomer she openly says we are waste very hurting, sure if possible we might buy v3 but this kind of treatment will not it is hurting, sorry for complaint.

को कर दिया गया।
परंतु आज दिनांक तक न ही सामान की डिलेवरी दी गई
और न ही मुझे पैसा वापस किया गया। तथा विभिन्न प्रकार के बहाने कम्पनी
तथा नेहा हेल्थ केयर सेन्टर के व्दारा बनाए जा रहे है।

My mother has a problem with her health which causes pain in her hands and legs and to cure this, we have been visiting a lot of different hospitals, doctors, tried a lot of medicines, ayurveda, patanjali and what not. Still the problem persisted and after a while, my family was introduced to this concept of "ceragem" which provides free trial for a period of time (Not fixed) and tries to sell their product to the customer by manipulating the customer that they are being benefitted by the product. My problem is that whenever i visit the centre taking my mom with me, i have to wait thre and listen to their speech without my will, as i need to get my mom's therapy done. I would say that this # of giving speeches and all should be stopped or at least don't make your customer listen to it against their will.

I ordered a rl 1 machine and also a ceratonic matt. I ordered this in the month of may and i recieved only a bed in the month of july but still i did not received a matt i ask ceragem worker so many time they did not give any response to me. I made a payment of rs 149000 against this. From the last few months they just gives excuses nd i did not received any response from them.

My Dad used to go to the Ceragem center near Pai layout Bangalore.My father basically has back pain and other old age diseases. These centre's conduct initial free trails to old people and convince them their beds will treat all kind of diseases if regularly used. I went with my Father one day to see how is this centre and what exactly is this Ceragem product. One woman there started giving a speech and it was so non sensical, I wanted to interrupt and ask her a few questions. I dont know what qualifications these ladies there have and they talk as if they are scientists and researchers. At one point of time she said Ceragem is a bigger company then Infosys and Wipro. Then she asked everyone to say "Ceragem is No. 1". Everybody including my Father started saying "Ceragem is No. 1". I had totally lost my patience, but controlled my frustration since everything looked so non sense still if it is benefitting a few people let them continue with this stupidity.

The lady there then asked my Father, where is his other friend who used to accompany him (One of my father's friend had accompanieed with him for about a week and then later stopped visiting there). My father said to her, he is not interested to come. For that the lady started cursing him and said.. He will incur this in future when he visits hospital and not visiting Ceragem. I wanted to give her a tight slap on her face. Then they asked us to sleep on that bed.The bed basically is nothing more than a massager. Even i felt good for about 20 minutes but i feel it absolutely rubbish when they say it will cure all kind of diseases. This is just a pure ridiculous way of marketing and luring in old people who are very easy targets.

They were constantly asking my Father to buy their product as it would save his time to visit their center. My father then without consulting us gave the cheque of 2.35 lakhs to them as they had sort of told him there is some kind of Combo offer going on which will have the Bed + Mat. They forced him to take the decision in urgency and said the offer will not last more than a week which prompted my father to book the product. He said to us after he already gave the cheque. We really do not know what drove him to buy this stupid product which is nothing more than a massager. We did not intervene since we thought it will atleast reduce the pain in going to the ceragem centre daily and he can take that treatment at home itself. The product came after 4 months of booking and now my father says he is not finding it
of any use. They delivered the product when none o[censored]s were at home and only parents were there at home. To the shock they have not even given the invoice with the product. Imagine a product of 2.35 lakhs and no invoice. And only Bed is delivered not the mat. The combo offer u remember ? They are even refusing to have the product returned.

I would say these people are absolute cheats. One of the lady there whom I saw giving the speech and comparing Ceragem with Infosys dont even seem to have passed her matriculation. They might still be doing it to run their family but targeting old people and luring them to buy these products which are so over priced, I think one has to be very careful. I am just trying to tell the situation what we experienced. Even there was a mistake from our end by not investigating thoroughly and letting our father take his own decision to buy the product. We had called them and asked them to cancel the order when we had not received the product even after booking but they were not obliging. It was out fault that we did not escalate. So friends be careful with this Ceragem.

We had plan to buy a Nine Ball therapy tool for Rs.62900/- and paid a advance of Rs.35000/- balance money is not paid yet. Now we need money urgently for my sisters wedding which is arranged now after we had booked the machine. We are requesting Ceragem Lal Baug Branch to refund the money but from last 45 days they are just wasting time and now they are saying it is not refundable. Please look into the matter and help us to get the money refund.

Dear sir/madam, I was purchased ceratonic mat from Ceragem since 10 month ago. When I was purchased this product they told me if this product is not doing any benefit we should refund your money but I am using this product since last 10 month but getting 0% benefit and company told me we never do refund your money. I am a citizen of Dharwad city in Karnataka India . i am going to ceragem trials from one month. After treatment I have to go to my duties and I get only time before morning 9 o'clock. Nowadays there is a crowd there and the ceragem people provide only 12 machines even they have more machines. So after completing the hectic work at home I go to the centre where I wont get the treatment telling that 12 seats were over. When i asked to give extra machines which they have at the centre she is telling that company wants one batch of people waiting while one batch is getting treatment !!! I want to ask the company that do our time has value or not ????? Can anybody in the company who is RESPONSIBLE answer my grievance ?

I am living in bengaluru. Ceragem is next to my building. Everyday from 7 am to 6 pm they play songs with very high volume. It is disturbing many o[censored]s. I told them to reduce volume, but they are saying they can not do anything. It is company policy. Kindly told them to reduce the noise.

I am going to ceragem centre since last one month the behaviour of their staff specially the reciepsient seema is very unamnered she use such a bad language in front of every body we have complaint so many times to the owner of the centre but nothing is going to happen

i visited ceragem thermal massage center on the 1st Oct, later due to my busy schedule i was unable to attend the massage for a week.Today i visited the center again for a massage and the co-ordinator out there told me to wait and said the beds are already occupied. As p er my first visit everyone was so helpful and on the 1st Oct every bed was complete. Rather today (8th Oct) there were multiple beds vacant and they ignored my request to...

My mother had this Ceregam treatment and it was very much helpful and effective, so we decided and purchased a machine and it's not working and giving the effects as it was thought,

i think it's pure fraudluant machine when purchased for around @50,000/- also a ceramat.
