[Resolved] Ceragem — humiliation | |||
i visited ceragem thermal massage center on the 1st Oct, later due to my busy schedule i was unable to attend the massage for a week.Today i visited the center again for a massage and the co-ordinator out there told me to wait and said the beds are already occupied. As p er my first visit everyone was so helpful and on the 1st Oct every bed was complete. Rather today (8th Oct) there were multiple beds vacant and they ignored my request to use the massage. Rather they gave wrong information that may be a around 12 days back they were allowing everyone to use the available beds but now the thing has changed. I again requested the male coordinator to confirm if the same update happened last week. He confirmed the update started 12 days back and they were following the same scenario the last week. I then provided my Ceragem card to the same person which was dated 1st Oct, he still didnt agree. As per my last visit on the 1st Oct the same male co ordinator said categorically that in the coming time he do understand that there will be working people coming in to center and they can occupy the bed on availability , but today he was just trying to be act differently. I do understand that Ceragem is providing free service but they must follow there guidelines and if people come to the center should be treated in nice manor. As of now i have returned the card back to them and will never go to the center again, rather will make sure that no one of my friend/relative go there as well. If you clearly understand what Ceragem actual business model is, then probably you wont feel humiliated . What you see is not truth, its a much larger game ...for more info mail to gautamdivine at gmail dot com

I m from India. My mom usually visit ceragem center located in BDA bhubaneswar. As my mom daily visits there she wanted me buy her the product so decided to buy and I visited the center . The girls in charge over there I found them disgusting they do impartial. That day I wanted to buy the belt so to have a try I stood in que n wen my turn came I fasted the belt but the girl snatched it from me n insulated me saying . This is not for all bit for them who bring refer new people. I decided never to visit there again. Actually I thought of buying the product but after this incident I will never ever visit or even advice my people not to go there. I hope u will definately work on this. people not to go there. I hope u will definately work on this.

My wife is having spinal cord problem. my friend recommended to take trial at CERAGEM center located at Chattrapati square wardha road, Nagpur, Maharastra.
When she visited the center with me first day we have given trial on manual machine and the assistants in that room said that as you are new comer you will have manual machine for first ten days after that you will be given trial on automatic machine. Now after ten days these assistants state that you will have to book the automatic machine for trial then only you can be allowed take trial.even though the automatic machine bed is vacant they don't allow to take trial.
While your web sites Experience Method page states that "You can visit Ceragem center. We providing unlimited trial service under customer is satisfied."
I think what is mentioned in web page of Ceragem India is not applicable in practical at this center of Chatrapati square, Wardha road, Nagpur or there must be something fishy in self and vested interest of local employees is going on this center.
So please look in to matter and save exploitation of customer

As per above complaints and post, my problem is also the same. My mother was visiting your centre at Dist, Bahraich in Uttar Pradesh. During her visit the centre in charge Mr. Pandey and his wife was continuously pressurizing my family to book the machine. They humiliated and insulted her during her visit.
They kept my mother standing in the que for hours in spite of she was the first in the que and said that preference will be given for those who book the machine. Not allowed her for the automatic machine, as she was not able to lay down on the manual one.
After all this humiliation act yesterday the centre in-charge refused to allow her therapy and said either you book the machine or don't come for treatment.
All this act is very much different what you people commit in your portal. My request is that if this is your bossiness strategy, then no issues you have full right to do your business in your own way, but if it's not so, then kindly do the necessary action against Bahraich centre in Uttar Pradesh.
Please do not play with emotions of the patients and do not make them fool and insulted at the centre. The cost of the machine is too high and no middle class family can easily decide to buy it.
Although we were thinking to buy an automatic machine but due to yesterday's act, my family is very much disappointed and decided not to go to the centre.
My only request is that please allot your centre to people who have manners and patience, otherwise they will harm your reputation and market only.
I have best hopes that you will take a note of that and should do necessary action against centre in charge Pandey couple at Bahraich (Uttar Pradesh).

It is about the humiliation which I experienced in the Meerut Centre that is the Maryam Enterprises, Basement-347, Singhal Plaza in BegumBagh, Me and one of my friend regularly visited your centre for about 8 days. In the mean time we also attended the lectures which were given by your staff during the waiting time. As I am a Science teacher I saw many of your staff members do not know about the facts of body and the spinal cord for which they are giving the treatment. They litteraly misguide the patients. For eg. according to them there are three types of blood vessels and one of them is the yellow one which carries the oxygen. How can it be possible? Moreover today when we went to the centre, wait for about 40 minutes for the bed and when our turn came, one of the staff that one Mr. Yogi, he changed the order and told us to wait for one more 40 minutes. When we refused and asked for about the same, he humiliated us and shouted just to either accept his wrong order or to go back. Moreover the centre incharge Mr. Noor Mohd. also demanded Rs. 4000 p.m from us for your ECHOM V3 machine. If this your policy then go on and if it is not so then pl. take the legal action against them. Because as per my knowledge your ceragem company never demand any money from the patients.

2.They have not even basic knowledge about of science or our body they misguided poor and uneducated person that, their machine do any thing(cure: Cancer, Sugar, BP etc).
3.First three or five days their behaviour with you good but if they comes to know you not interested to purchase their products than they start to ignore and irritating you.
4.According to my experience it is only machine massage with heat, just like foot massager nothing else, may be some people get some relief for some time only.
5.I was continue visited same centre for 15 days but my lower back pain is increase instead of decrease.
6.They fool people tells to innocent people increment of pain is symptom of your recovery, this time you take only warm water and all things will be well.

They start humiliating my mother as soon as she enters there.As my mother is a working lady, she can only reach there by 3pm. But they don't allow her to enter inside and says there are no more tokens left . They are also doing a commission based program. They force every one to buy white bedsheets worth rupees 500 but in market we get a better quality bedsheets only of rupees 250 . What is the use to buy them .Now my mom has stopped going there . I request you to take action against them and keep a well mannered and educated male staff there. I hope you would take an appropriate action .

ALIGARH-27.12.2016. This complaint is regarding a CERAGEM center of ALIGARH (Uttar Pradesh). I had been going to this center for last 25days and till now all was well. But today suddenly the couple who are running this center announced that people can only come to the center if you bring someone along with you otherwise there is no need to come. It was very surprising to hear such type of comments. I told them that I came to know from Internet but still they told me straight way and in a rude way to leave the center immediately. I still wander that if these centers are being run free then how can they impose such type of rules for the individual. These types of actions by these people running the centers should be dealt seriously by higher authorities and if the centers are finding it difficult to run it free then it will be better to take some money month wise and then leave it to the people to decide whether they want to use the therapy or not. In this way at least the people will not be humiliated by these people running the center. Also indirectly they also force the people to buy the beds whose costs are quite high and one has to really think about money before buying. In conclusion I want to say that this type of matter that you have to bring someone when you come should have been told on the first day instead of trying to humiliate in front of everyone. This condition is really disgusting for anyone. I hope this matter will be taken seriously by the CERAGEM authorities and this type of rules are not imposed on the people who are coming for therapy by the people who are running the centre.
Same issue happened with me today at Aligarh centre. Here a Person Himanshu is such a rude and immoral person
