Ceramix — Sanitary Products are Leaking

I have purchased thousand of rupees of their sanitary products from Ceramix for my entire home. Their taps are leaking, complaint to the official email [protected]@ceramix.in as well on their numbers like[protected], [protected]. I have escalated the issue many times as we are facing this issue frequently. Even the Technician who visit to our home is not able to resolve the issue and most of the times do not respond and keeps us waiting for hours. The company is making the issue from a long time that they do not have the necessary tools.

I would appreciate if the consumer complaint forum can help us in fighting for the rights and services we are being deprived of by Ceramix. I hope the issue will be resolved soon with your help.
