I have purchased thousand of rupees of their sanitary products from Ceramix for my entire home. Their taps are leaking, complaint to the official email [protected]@ceramix.in as well on their numbers like[protected], [protected]. I have escalated the issue many times as we are facing this issue frequently. Even the Technician who visit to our home is not able to resolve the issue and most of the times do not respond and keeps us waiting for...

The complaint is marked as resolved when a company has responded to the complainant, addressed his or her dissatisfaction, and came to an agreement where both parties agreed that the complaint is indeed resolved. However, a complaint can be automatically marked as resolved if a complainant isn't responding or updating a complaint for 30 days after the company has tried to reach the complainant.

Horrible After Sales Service
I purchased a tap from Ceramix which got faulty after 4 months. The tap has a warranty of 12 months and its well within the warranty period. After calling the Ceramix company to show them the faulty part, the company inspection person came after a week, despite promising to visit the next day.
Upon coming and checking the part, the inspector refused to even check or touch the faulty part and didn't take any responsibility...
