CESC (Calcutta Electric Supply Corporation) — Bill for no consumption of electricity as we are out of station

Presently we are not residing in Kolkata, however we had been there from 21st March'15 to 10th April'15 and left my flat locked with the main switch off. My electricity bills being settled under ECS scheme.CESC bill for 04/15 for Rs. 1469/- has been deducted from my bank account, again as per SMS recieved on 25/06/15, CESC bill for 05/15 for Rs. 3908/- is likely to be encashed from my bank account. On my scrutiny of CESC e-bill for the above mentioned bills, i obswrved my electricity meter reading remained unchanged from 2804; further my next door neighbour confirmed meter reading remaining unchanged at 002804. From where did the unit consume 616 noted in the bill for 05/15 derived? The above clearly indicates possible mistake in part of bill preparation and Rs. 3908 as charged in the bill for 05/15 is to be waved off. An early implementaion and confirmation solicitated.
