Ref : Consumer No [protected] Customer ID [protected] LP 132/17/2 in the Name of Mrs Madhumita Banerjee 37 (old 27) South Park, Santoshpur, Kolkata - 700 075. Sub: Complain for high charged Bill in the month of November 2014 compared to November 2013. Dear Sir, I would like to draw you kind attention that as per above data am a consumer of your service and never failed to pay the subscription ever on time, but suddenly I felt that this November, 14, Bill No [protected] is exorbitantly high than last year November 2013 (all documents attached). As this came in my mind as there was no excess usage of Electricity as per general usage even in the last years also but your reading shows so high which is not correct accordingly . I think. For you kind perusal attaching the bills from May to September 2014 (as this is the summer time, usage of Electricity is high in this time generally ) where in the Bill does not show high. In this regards, I request you to please re check and send me a proper answer immediately with regards the bills of November, 14 in comparison with November, 13.. For you perusal am enclosing the Bills of May 14 to September .14 Bills, November 2013 and November 2014 all paid bills for comparison. I expect a gentle convincing answer and check report on this matter and obliged. Dear Sir, The below mail I have given to CESC today regarding the Complain for high charged Bill in the month of November 2014 compared to November 2013(required document attached) In my demand I have requested CESC toady to recheck the reading as I think as per last years data they had given an average unit consumption as this year I do not have any more usage of electricity compared to last year. It may be they have given previously also higher bills as per practice, as my highest consumption data also given which is generally in Summer season. Requested to take a spl. drive and inform that is it my legitimate complain or not.
