Dear Sir, My Consumer No.is [protected] and I have paid an amount of Rs.1916.49 twice for March 2014 bill as the Online malfunctioning was there.The United Bank Head Office has informed that the money has gone to CESC on 04/05/2014 twice for the same bill ie:1916.49 X 2 = Rs.3833.00.Kindly arrange to refund the excess credited in the account.
