CESC (Calcutta Electric Supply Corporation) — Excess billing for december

This is to inform you that for the month of dec, 2014 the bill reading had shown 320 units and amount payable was rs 2740/ -, i am surprise that during nov to feb period it is always less than 100 unit . Last month my bill reading was 87 units and amount was rs 640/- and corresponding period last yr for dec was 54 units and amount was rs 380/-. I have neither used fan or account as the climate was cold. So you are requested to look into the matter urgently .My bill no is [protected]
