I am staying alone and do not use any heating appliances or air-conditioner consuming higher wattage.Moreover I was out of Kolkata from 30th September and 6th October, 2014, and stayed in U.S.A. from 26th May to 7th July, 2014.My Consumer No. is [protected] in the name of my son, Saswata Basu.It appears meters have become inoperative or defective.
