Road Kolkata- 700058 Sir, Sub: Grievance for excessive bill amount for August 2014 vide Bill No: [protected] Consumer No: [protected] Customer ID: [protected] I am to draw your immediate attention towards the electricity bill of my residence for Aug’2014 which is exceptionally higher than my actual consumption and which is evident from the consumption of the last six months which shows an average of 200 units approximately. But this month my bill shows an amount of Rs, 2190 against the consumption of 325 units which is quite absurd and not to my actual consumption commensurate because of the fact that at present our staying at the above premises is very occasional. Only a few days in a month. Therefore, I shortly put my objection to the above mentioned bill for Aug’2014 and though I have duly paid the amount, I request you to revise and adjust the excess amount in the next month.
