My MR NO. {05/03691/15(750)}. I already deposited the estimate amount.i almost everyday go to the shyambazar CESC office But i have disappointed.few days Before i meat mains engineer but he said to me before i'll do the municipality permission and then they will produce my meter.If i pay the service charge so then why i do the CESC's work??? For that case i lost many working days from my job.it is to much harassment for me. SIR / MADAM, please solve my problem and contact me as soon as possible.

I have applied for new connection and subsequently Your MASD Bill was paid on 23 mar'15 along with test certificate along with annexure - A. It was assured by your officer at the counter that The metre will be installed within 3 to 4 days, but till today it was not done. The documents as refered are as under-----
A) Annexure A form no - [protected].
B) MA Bill No - 05/08158/15/1/1.
C) Adj. Consumer no - [protected].
D) Adj. Metre no - 5181511.
Kindly solve my problem.at the earliest.
