Like other previous months I paid my April, 2015 bill ( for Rs 2783/- + surcharge ) by Net transferring on 2nd June, 2015, usually the E receipt delivered on line instantly, but till date I have NOT received the receipt, I am anxious being a very old senior citizen and having walking problem.
